So happy you continue to carry original equipment since I purchased my Franke Faucet in the ‘80s. This us the 3rd time I have had to replace my Franke 4089C SPRAYHEAD - CHROME. It was delivered on time and is working beautifully.

Easy Replacement
Needed a spray head for my faucet. Find one using internet search at Chicago Faucet Shoppe. Send a photo via cell phone and it matches up. Came on time right to the door. Easy purchase. Happy customer.

Good inventory, fair price, friendly service
I had a very positive experience. The people i spoke with by phone were friendly and helpful. The person in the store who gave me the part i ordered also was friendly, cheerful and helpful. The shop had a good inventory, carried a part i needed but didn't expect to find.

Nozzle
The nozzel by itself works well however the plugs that hold the lever popped out under water pressure. I had to glue them in to stay
