Fantastic company- our faucet is about 20 years old and is an European fancy type faucet that we love but plumbers dislike - when the head broke - Chicago Faucet had the same exact head in stock- also about a year ago we needed to replace a larger part because it was leaking I sent a picture to our plumber and he told us to order the barrel part and then they would come and install it - we did that and saved ourselves $125 [ if the plumber came to house first and told us what part was the problem and they don't have the parts anyway]- so here is a huge tip to anyone reading this review - if you buy a fancy faucet keep the parts manuel because when you need a new part Chicago Faucet will have it ! And the staff there are very nice !

I would never order from here again. Shipment came allegedly by federal express not at my request and with designation to drop at door. I never received the product. Never received notice of shipment. And now the company refuses to honor my order or give me a credit.
