I needeed a hode for my Kitchen sink Faucet, it is a Dornbracht German faucet, the sled folks identified what I needed promptly and the were spot on with the parts needed.

I bought something that was faulty (no fault of the company) and I had to order another. Maria A. Helped me out and even though it was her day off (there was an away message) she STILL answered my email and got me my new order and refunded the old faulty one. Amazing!!
