Replacement Parts
Representative did not seem to be able to identify the part I needed and offered one with a close part number. I asked if it was a replacement and rep did not know. Issue may be with Franke. It worked, but the plastic adapter did not mate to the cartridge nor work.

Wrong part recommend and shipped
I sent an email asking about a water filter canister with a picture attached but was unfortunately recommended a FRANKE FRX02 FILTER CARTRIDGE CHLORINE TRIFLO instead, which was not the part I need. I placed an order as recommended as I was not familiar with part name and code, thinking it was the part I asked about. I don't understand why the customer service could have made such a mistake even when they saw my description and the attached photo.
