A Hansgrohe shower hose isn't much good if the filter is clogged and calcified. I ordered the filter ( several actually) and Chicago Faucet Shoppe sent it via FedEx ... I had my shower working again quite quickly. I ordered it over the internet and then followed up with a phone call to receive an update ... the representative was very helpful and able to tell me when I'd receive the shipment of filters. Thank YOU Chicago Faucet Shoppe.

The price and turnaround are very good but why do you force Fedex shipping? Suc a tiny, $3.50 item should be mailed for $1.00 instead of paying $10.50 for Fedex.

Wrong size washer
I was expecting the large 3/4" washer for the large ceiling mounted shower head and received the small 1/2" washer. This was not specified in the item description.
