Helped fix my faucet issue
My KWC faucet nozzle was partially clogged with debris and spraying in a number of directions. This faceplate now has the spray all going where it supposed to.

Excellent delivery
The part that I ordered arrived very quickly. The old plastic cover for my KWC kitchen faucet had hardened to the point where it was extremely difficult to remove for cleaning (it had been in daily use for 6 years). Now everything is working beautifully again. When I placed the order I thought it was just for the plastic cover, but it also included a new filter and and O ring. You provide an excellent website. It was very easy to find the part that I needed.

Hard to find and hard to pay for elsewhere
My wife and I paid dearly for the special and fairly exclusive KWC kitchen faucets during our last Kitchen remodel. We wanted an exclusive modern look and paid dearly for it with the 2 KWC Edge faucets. They still look fantastic but lime scale made the sprayer head flow weak and uneven. The soft silicone rubber in the sprayer didn't respond well to the normal descaling products or procedures. This new sprayer head fixed the issues and price and speed of service were excellent with the Chicago Faucet Shoppe.com site. Thanks for handling parts for the KWC line.
