Altmans OLC3 CI Hot Ceramic Cartridge

I needed a new cartridge for a leaking faucet, but I did not know the manufacturer so I could identify the part. I sent pics if the cartridge and received a response within a few hours with the manufacturer and part number. I was able to order, receiving the part in a few days. In installed in minutes and no more leaking faucet.

We had to replace a part from an old faucet company that was no longer reachable. My husband emailed a picture of the part and name of the faucet and asked if they could help us in getting a replacement part. Within an hour, we received a part number and link to their site. We ordered the part and received it shortly afterwards. Though we were unsure on whether the part would fit because it was shaped somewhat differently from the original piece, my husband installed it. Fit perfectly! Very pleasant experience all around.
