15 years ago we got Andre fixtures for our bathroom remodel -- high end stuff. A few years ago we had to replace a shower cartridge and did that through Andre (while they were still in business...). Now, what to do about the sink dripping... Well, the problem is solved!...Chicago Faucet Shoppe amazingly had the cartridges we needed Guess we've got 15 years more on these faucets now. Great service too. Always was able to talk to a real person there.
