I called the shop and spoke with Andrew. Wanted to make sure I bought the correct hose and that it was compatible with what I had to connect. It is not easy working under the sink but removed old broken hose and installed new hose. Everything went OK. I did a search for hoses and saw prices from $15 and up, didn’t want to chance it so I called Chicago.

The hose for the pullout handpiece of our KWC kitchen faucet needed replacement. The faucet model is no longer made and information about the part number is nearly impossible to find. Chicago Faucet has an online listing with the model name and the hose they delivered is a perfect match. It arrived promptly. We are most pleased.

Although this item is a bit pricey, it was still cheaper than on Amazon and enabled me to fix a long standing problem with our KWC faucet. I am very pleased with Chicago Faucet Shoppe and would highly recommend them to others facing similar problems as mine.
