Customer service sucks

Ordered a part and part wasn't delivered for 2 weeks. I asked had it been shipped after 10 days. Was told that it has been ordered from another place. That wasn't the big problem. Found out I didn't need the part (my fault) and asked them to cancel the order the same day I got the response where the order was. Was told they couldn't because the part was already ordered and on it's way to Chicago Faucet Shoppe. So instead of just not shipping it to me and charging me 15% restock fee they sent it anyway. Even though it hadn't been shipped from Chicago Faucet to me. From now on if a part isn't on Amazon I won't order it.
