Tapered Cement Sink Drain Assembly Kit

The product was good but I paid over 30 dollars for two day delivery but it did not come for a week

This flanged pipe and fitting was just what I needed to fix our old (1946) concrete basement utility sink. The pieces for these are very hard to find and without it we would have had to replace the whole sink, which would not only have been a big job and greater expense, but a shame because these old sinks are well built and, in my opinion, nicer than what we could buy new now.

This replacement drain kit was for a cement sink in my basement of a 1929 vintage house in Roanoke Virginia. Nobody had this part. Fortunately, one of the desk clerks at one parts distributor did an online search and found it at Chicago Faucet Shoppe.com He allowed me behind the desk and I was able to copy down all the information I needed to find it again at home on my own computer. I ordered the part kit and it arrived by FED-EX within four days. No more flooded basement - Yay!

They were the only place I could find a sink drain for a mid century cement sink. Worked perfectly. Would not have been able to salvage the sink without them.

It's impossible for me to review this item because I never received it. Chicago Faucet Shoppe was of no help and just tried to blame the delivery company. Take your business elsewhere!
