Franke FR9103 HOT VALVE

I can't complain. Chicago Faucet delivered what I ordered at a price that was more than fair. My problem was I ordered the wrong part. I would order from these folks again. You should too but be better about what you order.

I called with the model number and the part number from my invoice on the Franke LB1180 installed in my sink. You guys looked it up and said that this valve is the right one... but it does not fit. Followup... you guys said that the one needed is not available anymore. Why not tell me that before I spent ~$70 on this valve?

Received the right part, in a pretty good time. Part was what was I needed to fix a leaking faucet....even came with instructions (which I read before doing the job).
