Good customer service
I had emailed them about which ceramic cartridge to get for my faucet, and they were able to help, even with a installation diagram. Just had the cartridge installed which worked perfectly. Great customer service!

Very Happy Customer
Cifial is not sold in our country anymore so when our Cifial faucets needed new cartridges, I thought we would have to buy new faucets. I went online to see if anyone carried these cartridges and to my surprise Chicago Faucet Shoppe carries them. Thank you very much Chicago Faucet Shoppe, I didn't need to buy new faucets and the cartridges were at my home within a few days of ordering them. Doesn't get any better than that!!

Two faucet cartridges
My last two pairs of ceramic replacements each lasted 10 years. I expect these new ones will, too. Service and price were great; website is good.
