Incorrect item bad customer service
I am disappointed in the way this matter has been dealt with. After receiving the wrong part and notifying customer service, going back and forth providing photos and all the information clearly showing the product we ordered and the product we actually received, we have yet to have this issue resolved. It has been over two weeks now, no one has tried reaching out to us by phone or email. Bad customer service, this should have been handle differently and resolved by now.
