Very Happy Customers
We had looked everywhere for this shower trim to replace/upgrade our 1990’s home. The Moen Company didn’t even make or carry this part any longer. They referred us to Amazon but we didn’t have any luck there either. Then our niece told us about the Chicago Faucet Shoppe they used when they updated their home. We contacted the store and, within a week, we had the parts we needed. We would highly recommend this store.

Moen Trim Kit

Shower Trim/ Moen
The part arrived on time and as ordered . It was installed by a licensed plumber this week. The only issue was the screws sent with the part were too long and the plumber had to go to a nearby hardware store for the correct length. This took about an hour which was an additional labor charge for me. The only other issue was the inability to get information on when to expect the part to arrive but as it turned out it was here before the installation date.
