RIGHT PARTS & FAST!
I had a hose leak and needed replacement parts fast. Who knew you needed a set screw to hold the hose in. This was for our main employee kitchen so you can imagine the traffic. Chicago Faucet Shoppe had the items and just like their notice states, if you order FED-EX overnight, call so they get it out that day - they did - leak fixed - everyone is happy!
