Delay in shipping
We ordered 3 items only one was shipped. The packing slip indicated all 3 were shipped. After 2 phone calls snd pictures of what was originally shipped, we did receive the remaining 2 items . Rating a 3, upgraded to s 4!once rectified!

Perfect replacement
I have a Kohler toilet from 1916 and the water inlet is from the top. When the original started to leak and couldn't find a repair kit, I found the same part available at Chicago Faucet Shoppe. The new part matched the original exactly and replacement was a snap.
