Glad there was a source for these cartridges. I needed to replace one for a 15 year old faucet. The original manufacturer is no longer in business. I had to modify the handle to fit this cartridge, but at least it fit otherwise, and is functioning fine. I echo the sentiment of some others that the lack of a return capability (even with a restock fee) is a drawback due to the challenge finding the correct fit for parts like this.

Ordered wrong size cartridge. Your no return policy stinks. My fault. I understand restocking cost and have no problem paying a fee. Won’t buy from you again
